I ask not from pain, but from wonder. How did I get here –

in a world full of people, yet with no one to truly be with me?

I look around and see couples, families, talking or simply silent.

But across from them, there is always someone– someone who sees them.

Who is loneliness for?

For the strong?

For the brave?

For the foolish, who still believe in human closeness?

For those who keep feeling, even when it hurts?

Perhaps loneliness is not a state, but a form of existence.

A way for the soul to breathe.

Loneliness is neither reward nor punishment.

It simply happens.

When you can no longer be anyone else and have chosen to be yourself.

When every encounter is a miss, and every closeness –illusion.

Sometimes you are alone because you haven’t yet found the one who belongs beside you. Sometimes – because you want to escape what is not meant for you.

And then loneliness becomes home – when the world demands more from us than we can give, or when we demand more from it than it can offer.

To be alone sometimes means to be free – to feel life as it is, without masks or compromise.

And in this silence, in this home, you find yourself.
